What the raffles are
Creator fees from the coin fund a treasury wallet that buys graded-card packs. Every card the treasury pulls is raffled to holders.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
- You must not be in a region where this kind of raffle is restricted. Currently blocked regions: none listed yet. You are responsible for knowing your local rules.
- You must not be on a sanctions list or be acting for someone who is.
- Tickets come only from holding $GEMMINT in your own wallet at the published snapshot. Exchange, pool, treasury and other listed wallets get no tickets.
- One wallet, one entry set. Splitting a balance across wallets does not add tickets beyond the per-wallet rule, and the team may exclude wallets it believes are gaming the rule.
- Free entry (when it is open): one entry per wallet per raffle, no purchase needed, no signature. A free entry is 1 ticket. A holder who also enters free gets 1 extra ticket. Entries are checked with a captcha and limited per network.
Odds
A holder has floor(balance / tokens per ticket) tickets at the snapshot. Every free-entry wallet has exactly 1. Your chance is your tickets divided by all tickets, and the totals are published with each raffle.
Prizes
The prize is the card NFT shown for the raffle. The team sends it by hand from its own wallet, usually within a few days of the draw. The NFT is a token that represents a vaulted physical card under Collector Crypt's terms; redeeming, selling or shipping it is between you and Collector Crypt. Taxes on a prize are yours.
How winners are chosen
See the Raffles page. The snapshot is published before the block hash that decides the draw exists, and anyone can recompute the result. The team does not pick winners.
No custody, no signing
This site never holds your funds, never asks for a signature and never sends a transaction. If a site asks you to sign something in the name of $GEMMINT, it is not this one.
No affiliation
Not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, Collector Crypt, pump.fun or any grading company.
