How a draw is made
- Commit. The snapshot of holders is taken at a slot and published with its SHA-256 hash, together with a target slot about an hour ahead. The treasury and listed wallets get no tickets.
- Wait. Nobody, including the team, knows the block hash of the target slot yet.
- Reveal. The first produced block at or after the target slot gives the block hash. The winning ticket follows from the formula below.
seed = SHA-256( "gemmint-v2|" + snapshotHash + "|" + freeEntriesHash + "|" + drawSlot + "|" + blockhash )
ticket = int(seed) mod totalTickets (0-based, seed read as a big-endian integer)
winner = wallet whose cumulative range holds the ticket
(wallets sorted by address, ascending; a holder has floor(balance / 100,000) tickets,
every free-entry wallet gets +1 ticket)The holder snapshot is a file the team publishes; Solana RPC cannot rewind balances. Check your own balance against it. The NFT is sent by hand from the team wallet, and the transfer link appears above once it is done.
Verify this draw
Runs in your browser. It downloads the snapshot file, checks its hash, and recomputes the winner from the public inputs.
